Stupid BU...

Now, don't get me wrong, I love my school, but sometimes I have to point and laugh (and, in this case, cry) at their incompetence.

Seems the Financial Aid and Payroll department of the College of Engineering never got my RA (research assistant) contract for the spring, even tough it was filled out by the first of November AND NO ONE LET ME KNOW THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. I wonder where, in the chain of command, word that there was an unfunded graduate student somehow slipped through the cracks, such that the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. Moreover, I wonder what the heck FinAid and Payroll thought I was going to do about paying off tuition and actually, you know, LIVING, considering that hardly anyone goes through grad school here without SOME source of funding or other.

So in short, yes, this does mean that my paycheck will be late, and my tuition is still not paid; no, this won't be a problem, because I'll have things squared away in no time.

But, nevertheless, bah.

EDIT: Tuition get, but still waiting on stipend :/
