Yes, Virginia, there IS a Santa Claus!
Dec. 13th, 2004 12:08 pmI'm getting the 23rd through the 28th off for Christmas, w00t!
I spoke with my advisor about half an hour ago, and he told me his main concern was my not having gotten satisfactory results from my work, mostly because I'm not spending enough time in the lab (min, he suggested, would be 50 hrs a week + Saturdays when possible). Thus, I'll try to push 9 - 7 on the weekdays, and even more if I can, just before and after I leave on my break. I really, REALLY want results, because God knows how long I've longed to see my name in a real abstract and publication ;_;
Anyhow, I'll be in Mississippi those days, so I'm sure Jen and I will meet up with most of you who read this journal sometime around then.
